Ugly Christmas present - I received a white Lauren purse from my husband for Christmas. I hate it. It is heavy, ugly, and not at all practical for my like style. Too top off everything, the store will not refund my money, even with the receipt. They said they only exchange merchandise. Ha. They have no other style of wallet, three other ugly, huge bags, and a lot of yarn. I do not knit. The store is not going out of business. What kind of deal is this? I want a refund. Oh yes, they sell Pandora jewelry, but they are all you of necklaces and pendants at this time.
